Have you been a mimber hear B4 ?
Yes, the Arfurdaley is processed at the Empathy.
No it is not the person you imagine.
It's called an affidavit and certainly when i got married in thd Philippines i adhered to the guidelines no CNI was asked for

It was my understanding that the purpose of the 'new' Affidavit (or Affirmation for us non-religious types) was to replace the previous CNI requirement.
I used the Affirmation document... plus covering letter, explaining to the locals about the new arrangement, given by the British Embassy, when I was married in the Phils back in 2015.
Can I apply uk visa ( certificate of settlement to right of abode) at the vfs Cebu? TIA
Be good to check with them
Another question to ask,
We are in the midst of getting ROA for the kids. But my partner went to talk to lawyer in uk and you are right about getting them British passport. The only thing that bother is that it takes few months before it will arrive. Do you think its OK to apply for family visit for the kids and then get British passport whilst in the UK? Thank you so much.
Graham /Oss/Markham TIA
My reply... I'm afraid I can't answer your question, with any authority. Sorry
I know nothing about Family Visit Visas.
I do have a suspicion that your children's passport applications will still be treated as foreign based ones... and any passports to be delivered to your home address in the Phils... with the same time scale, as all documents will still need to go backwards and forwards between the two countries, for 'authentification' purposes.

You are making life more complicated and for no good reason. Your children's will take about the same (or likely less) time than your settlement visa.
Thank you soo much, this is a great help!
theres no guarantee you will get a visit visa--many are refused due to high risk of overstayers. my wife had one refused before we were married--even though she had lived here in the UK for 4 years as a student before
I don't know what your plans are should you successfully obtain visit visas for you all but you need to note
You cannot apply for a spouse visa within the UK.
If the children come here on one passport and return to the Philippines on a dìfferant one in a short space of time and you are using return tickets you may present problems to the airline and immigration or both
Thank you got that done now
Please help me.We are a bit confuse on which website should we apply for fiance visa. Is it the gov. UK or visa4uk? Please help.

Can we still use visa4uk to apply spouse with dependant or AccessUK? Thank you.
Try. See if you can create an a/c. It may still work.
I can still edit the application that I made 18 June.
Go with that one then
