4 weeks is do-able for a marriage license application, pre-marriage seminar (pre-cans) and the interview with the priest if they are getting married in church. make sure that he has applied for his CNI before leaving the UK.

We did it in just over 2 weeks. If you get all your ducks lined up in a row and with some luck to go with it, it is definitely do-able. But if you have 4 weeks you should be fine, but you will still need to be organised.

I couldnt get any more time off work, so 2 1/2 weeks was all I had available as I had visited the Philippines earlier in that year.

Although we didnt use a wedding planner, we had a civil wedding and used an agent for the wedding itself. We were going to use a friend of my wife's Uncle who worked in the government offices in Cavite, but she couldn't get around the problem of the marriage seminar so the agent got around that admirably. Otherwise fitting it in to 2.5 weeks was proving impossible.
