    Hello All!

I hope you can help me with the ff questions:

    1. In the application form online, any idea on how to answer this question?

*Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country?

*Please explain why you and your partner cannot live together outside the UK

    2. Did you breakdown your shared financial responsibilities or not? Which is better?

Please list your shared financial responsibilities and how much you each pay each month

    Thanks for your help.

We just answered that I would not be able to obtain the same standard of employment as I had in the UK
That the NHS benefits afforded by my NI contributions would not be valid elsewhere.
Husband does not speak Tagalog but the wife can speak English

2.no we did not and never have split our own financial commitments

Hello everyone! My name is Beth Johnson and I am new here. I am about to submit my 2nd FLR application (spouse visa renewal) this May. We are doing our application ourselves with no solicitor and we are confused on how to answer a few questions online.

    Our history:
I am married to my British husband last 2017. I met and married my husband here in the UK. I was an overstayer for quite sometime before marriage. Last 2018, my husband and i went back to Philippines. I submitted my application there and got my 1st spouse visa. This year May, we are renewing our spouse visa. Could you please help us answer some of the questions online.

    1. Country details
    Country you lived in
    Philippines
    Date you lived there from
    (this is my birth date)
    Date you lived there to
**should I put here the date I first left for UK and overstayed or the date on 2018 where I got my 1st spouse visa in the Philippines?
    Reason you lived there
I was born in the Philippines and left for UK

    2. Immigration History:

Did you enter the UK legally?
    Yes
Are you currently in the UK on Temporary Admission, Temporary Release or Immigration bail?
    No
When did you enter the UK?
*** Again, do I put here the very first time I entered the UK (then became overstayer) or the one where I got my first spouse visa last 2018?

Thank you very much for all your help.

i had a work visa before and it expired and I overstayed. Met husband then we got married and went back to Philippines then I was granted spouse visa and now applying for spouse visa extension.

Question 1 I would answer the date you left on the spouse visa. The reason I say this is because in theory you returned to live there (albeit to apply for your spouse visa).
Question 2 answer would be the date you entered on your spouse visa

On the above answers if memory serves me right there are qustioins about your immigration history at this point I would enter the work visa dates and overstay leaver dates

    Hello all,

For those uploading their documents, did you also print out (pdf copy) the online application then include it in your proof of application section?

    Thanks.

When we put in my wife's and daughter application in we took a hard copy for both to the biometric centre but they were not asked for it.
