Hi guys . My wife is here on spouse Visa, she recently applied for a new passport in her married name . We plan to apply for a new brp card just after it arrives ( before the 3 month deadline).
I've booked us a holiday to morroco at the start of July but she wont have the new brp card by then.
Do you think it's ok to travel with the new passport in married name, but brp in maiden name ? We would obviously take her old passport and marriage certificate.
Has anyone been in this position before ?

No the BRP card and current passport must be in the same name.

She will have in the next couple of weeks , we are waiting for it to arrive. We applied for it in the middle of may.
However we wont have time to get a new brp before the travel date
