    Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help us please. Me and my husband (currently on spouse visa) are planning to invite my brother-in-law to come and visit us here in the UK. He is 24 and currently unemployed and we send money every month to help out.

Is it okay to apply for a tourist visa though he doesn’t have any show money and bank statements? But we are going to provide bank statements, payslips, employment letters etc to support his application. Or does he need to have show money and bank statements.

    Looking forward for your reply.

    Thank you

    Thank you for replying back.

He is still single and dad and other siblings are living in the Philippines. He doesn’t have any properties. I’ve just spoken to him and he’s currently looking for a job which I said is good.

So, he really does need to have something to go back to the Philippines.

Thank you so much for your help.
