Theresa May has been accused of refusing asylum to a Christian mother who is being hunted by lynch mobs in Pakistan.

The fate of Asia Bibi has pitted Home Secretary Sajid Javid against the Prime Minister, with Mr Javid arguing passionately that she should be given refuge in the UK.

But sources say that his plan was thwarted after Ms May was persuaded that letting Bibi claim asylum here would ‘stoke tensions’ among British Muslims.

As the political row rages, The Mail on Sunday today reveals the full extent of the ordeal endured by Ms Bibi, a Roman Catholic from the Punjab province who was given the death sentence in 2010 after she was accused of defiling the name of the Prophet Mohammed.

What a bloody mess soft-headed fools in the UK have brought upon us all.

The whole point is ,who cares about what Muslims think in the UK and how they would react??

Punjab province so she is around Lahore,woe betide any Christian in Pakistan,trust me on this,and I actually know a bogus filipina student here in the UK who married a Pakistani guy here and when he was booted out she went back to Pakistan with him,rawalpindi area,i truly felt sorrow for her.I saw footage once of a woman outside a mosque who had apparently said something not quite keeping with the views of the prophet mohammed,she was beaten to death by the crown,in front of police,people were stamping on her ribcage,her neck,her face,absolutely ridiculous but hey,thats Pakistan for ya.
