Exactly Balotsky! As a foreign in this country, we have also bad experiences encountered here. I encountered greedy employers here who doesn't want to pay their workers and also seen employers here who gives £250 a month for Filipino fishermen. Greedy bas**rd!

Some of them are under protection as they have housing accommodation. Some of them have working permit visa as well. It always depend upon their skippers. But most of them living in the boat and holding crew visa.
