That's your choice, it would have been helpful if you'd expanded on your "nonsense" label. It would also be useful if you didn't use the opinions of yet to be canvassed group of people to label people who disagree soft headed PC Blanket huggers.

It would also be worth considering that your wife comes from a country where there is Islamic fundamentalists. Would you be so understanding if she were turned away from America by Trump once he expands his list from 7 countries to 20?

I notice that Saudi Arabians are not affected. Where did the majority of the 9 11 terrorists come from?

So, you think it is nonsense that many more Americans are killed by American maniacs than Islamic terrorists?

I'm sure you can back this up with facts and figures. On average 31 Americans are murdered by guns every day in the US. I'm fairly certain that Islamic militants are not killing that many.

All the recruiters for ISIS et al now have extra ammunition for their agenda as if they even needed it, that was a real clever gift, it won't make anyone safer.

He missed out Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE. Basically, all the places where he (sorry his son) has business interests.

Isn't it refreshing to have something else to moan about other than Brexit? :D

It can be hard for some people to accept that they can't bully and browbeat others into accepting their views.

I don't have to explain my responses to the far end of a fart for anyone.... or to research the web to satisfy someone's need to debate an issue . :)

Thankfully this is all happening in a country I refuse to visit - on the grounds that it is full of Non-Muslim, murdering maniacs wielding guns.

I've never been there but I would love to see the place, particularly one personal ambition is just to see a launch.

I wanted to see a Shuttle launch but that ambition bit the dust a few years back, now I would settle for any kind of launch, it is a country full of very talented forward thinking people, just such a shame about the very large number of Luddites.

You would enjoy it, you could carry your wad of cash, not worry about your photographic equipment and you certainly wont get harassed by any kids in the street.

Take a trip while you are still a youngster :)

Obviously you have not experienced Miami's Flagler Street.......

Admittedly, It has been a good many years since I was there last, so things may have changed somewhat.
But on the same token, I share Bluebird sentiment on visiting the place ever again........... not for the reasons he stated tho, but some others.

    Couldn't give a rat's **** about Trump.
The americans voted for him, rightly or wrongly he will run that wretched country the way he sees fit.
My beef is with the terminal arrogance of the average "Joe", stars and stripes, nearly on every building, private or public, to further enhance some kind of sublimal populace brain washing on the greatness of the 'ole US of A..........
I hate the american hypocrisy when they spout "human rights" and they want to be the shining beacon of fairness............ Condemning genocide, racism, blah, blah, blah.........
I visited a couple of Injun' reservations in Arizona many years ago.
They don't seem to practice much, what they preach.........

Yep brits have been murdered & mugged in Miami if memory serves. Obviously authorities tried stamping on that for the sake of the tourist industry.

You see , each case is different, in the US I would have a dollar denominated cash card and very little cash, I would still worry about the cameras but I would get to enjoy them properly, and you misrepresent the point I made about street kids, unlike you I have tried to help and I do care about them, if you read my posts elsewhere properly you might have noted that.
