    Yup I don't think I'd wanna be there right now. I think/hope the concrete structures should be fine, it's the nipa and wooden structures that will more susceptible.

    At 6 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon “YOLANDA” was located at 35km West of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.9°N, 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 235 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 275 kph.

    Someone told me that that Cebu gets 1/3 of their power from geo-thermals in Leyte so maybe that's why there is reduced power

    Pagasa Visayas Director Oscar Tabada says Super Typhoon Yolanda instead of slowing down after making landfall in Eastern Samar has further intensified to 275 kilometers per hour.
