Hi all. I'm so confused. The expiration of my visa is 7th of May. I have to apply it within 28 days which is on the 9th of April. But as I was answering my application the other day, I paid for it without realising that my application was sent already. But I haven't sent my documents yet. What should I do now? Should I cancel my application?
It is possible to submit your ILR application up to 28 days before the end of your qualifying period as you are aware. If you apply earlier, you will not be eligible and your application is likely to be refused. I would withdraw it! Sorry
