One thing to think about is airline policy on flying when pregnant as there will be a limit which is normally 36 weeks but varies depending on airline so could be less. If she stays for close to six months may be unable to fly back to have baby in philippines and could be stuck in UK until after birth.

Another thing to think of is that under philippines law if illegitimate then you don't have parental responsibility. Child custody laws are different in philippines and UK so should investigate that. Also consider what would do if anything happened to mother and where child custody lies if illegitimate. Not nice to think about but have to consider welfare of child

Hoping that your girlfriend is single as opposed to married or separated but if not check out legal implications of that for child.

Also need to think through implications of passports and ability to pass on citizenship as British child born overseas can't pass on citizenship unless child is born in UK. Would recommend getting UK passport as soon as possible for child.

If going to have baby in philippines then ensure she has phil health as will help with birth costs. Think you need 2 quarters of payments for benefits to kick in although I used to pay for up to a year ahead as was only 600 pesos a quarter. Also start investigating where you want to have the baby and options in case of problems. If was me then would be looking for hospital that can cope with birth problems as lot of options for where to give birth but don't want to be moving facility during process if problems. If philippines then will be paying hospital bills for giving birth.

Be careful on declaring her pregnant as has implications if birth takes place in UK and UKVI may well take a negative view on the risk of that happening. Lot more difficult to get rid of mother of UK child who overstays.

Interesting times ahead and best wishes for future.
