Settlement visa-am I allowed to return to uk if i'm going for a holiday to Phils?

I am planning to go to the Phil in the spring but trouble is I don't have a BRP as I arrived here back in Mar 2015 before it was even required.
My spouse visa is expiring this coming Oct 2017 and was wondering if I should get the BRP sorted beforehand or just wait for my FLR extension so it could go with it and travel to Phil when I already have extended my visa? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

P.S. Hopefully the FLR extension requirements would be just the same as my first entry. Any changes or additional requirements that I need to know of? Thank you.

You have the spouse visa in your passport showing the validity so you will have no worries, you will get a BRP on the next FLR(M) application. The UKBA will be aware of the BRP issue.

And yes the FLR(M) requirements are basically the same as you experienced on your first settlement application.

Im planning to go back in the philippines this year for a holiday with my husband and baby to come. But my BRP and cfo are still in my maiden name. I updated my passport to get documents in my married name here in uk like Nhs and bank statement etc,. But im over the 3 months to update,im scared to be fine or get my stay shortened. Is fine to keep my BRP and still travel till i apply for the 2nd flr?

Your brp must match the name in your passport...Even if you don't travel out of the country. You need to get it changed straight away.

No worries on your CFO. You can have it updated for free in their office in Pinas. Also, don't forget to bring your marriage certificate.
