You wouldn't believe how many TNT's are in London, I know of five in kensal Rise alone, bogus students, the capital is filled with illegal immigrants.

What's the immigration matter, there's bound to be someone on here who knows someone who has/is/was going/gone/been through something almost if not exactly identical.

No it's when I mentioned that she decided to come clean, we still speak online, and I at least respect her for her honesty, she been here four years now, and she was working in Qatar, and she says they bought her here for a holiday but when she got here she ran off from them

Zero rights, she is a deliberate illegal immigrant. I know/knew a couple who wanted passports to go home on vacation to visit family after living here illegally for years so they contrived to marry brits as their golden ticket, it never ends well.

All i can say is goodluck, Im married to a Filipino and it was difficult enough for us to get her here legally, in your case whatever the outcome of any potential relationship it will be doubly difficult. As Druk1 has said its a minefield..
However Iv always believed where there is a will there is a way..

I know one lady, bogus student, lived here around 10 years? Worked illegally, wanted to go back to see family, married a brit, came clean, she is still in the PI over a year later, costing them ££ with a solicitor involved, for every action there's an opposite and equal reaction, illegals don't get the red carpet rolled out for them.

    Hi @celtic341
She has no rights regardless of historical visas or other issues
she is committing a criminal offence by overstaying.
If you get involved you maybe implicated in any criminal investigation and charges should they arise in the future.
    Always looking over the shoulder
    cannot work legitimately
not sure how she goes on with medical issues! that would be another fraud to use the NHS having not contributed.
potential to scam you not just for money but socially

I would disengage and desist in further contact, as it has been indicated in some other post, that nothing good may come out of this.

But If she was to sneak into France and come back by dingy and claim asylum in pidgin english, she will have more than a chance, plus benefits, dental, council house, the right to bring extended family and the carabao and whatnot.....

I always found the Tago ng Tago, TNT description, to be rather funny as they are literally explosive to handle :D

Sorry Celtic, but I agree with everyone else the last thing you want is a runaway as her motives are compromised from the start.
