As I understand it (but only had a quick look) if say you did a care givers course where you are at present and then looked at what colleges in the UK provided the next level up ( I think you need to be enrolled for Nvq level 7 to meet the visa requirements.

It's all school for caregiver yes.. I will do mine here https://powerttc.com/ where I will study for 3 months and do 3 months On the job training for me to have an experience in advance but for agency who is giving work for caregivers for UK or Canada I can't see any
Off the top of my head I can think of at least 8 pinays I know who entered Canada to be caregivers, all are now Canadian citizens with good standards of living and nice passports
The reality is..in the UK it is easy for youngsters to enter the care profession...no qualifications needed..but on the job training is easily available. Therefore it has been impossible for immigrants outside the EU to enter as carers. ( Unless they marry a Brit and settle here..as my wife has. She is now a care home manager )
working visas only avaiable for very specific skills--such as nurses. but not carers and childminders.
Even for someone who has Certificate in international Caregiving Training and American Caregiver Certification? I'm so persistent I guess hahaha
Lennie, if I were you I would contact some care homes in the UK and get some ideas from them. Then you will form a fuller picture of your chances.
