On the new peocedure does anyone know.
A: if all documents still have to be seperated by the barcode seperator pages, ie, financial, accomodation, supporting documents etc
B: Some of my documents for the spouse visa are printed double sided. i would say that half my application is single sheet printed and the other half Double sided. Does anyone know when you get them scanned at the New offices that they will scan all double sided correctly and recognise whether it is double or single sided.

i just dont want any problems being turned down because they havent scanned the application properly.

    Don’t worry
If you get them to scan it they have the proper infrastructure
I had 250+ pages some duplex and the scanners do double sided

    Ok thanks.
Did you have to book the appointment in advance or do you just turn up at one of the offices?

I am right that things have changed now. My tb test result and English result master certificates are now in England where my husband was going to submit them with the application or I am confused that these two documents have to be submitted in the Philippines?

    Hi,
I suggest that you submit all your supporting documents in the Philippines, its free and less hassle. And yes you have to use the barcode separator.

    Is that what you did?

Hi. You can submit all documents in the Philippines during the biometric id appointment (which is free) or you can drop by any VF office in the UK and pay fee of £75.

Agreed with @Inang its less hassle and easy to submit all supporting documents in VFS PH. The Barcode separator is provided at the center. But its not free I paid 670pesos for scanning and in future it might gone up into thousand of pesos this is according to VFS lady who assisted on my application last May.

Its an option to submit your supporting documents in PH. You will just attend your biometric in Manila.

I understand how to process everything if my documents were in the PH, but they are not with me in the PH. They are with my husband in England

The question is in relation to him processing the documents at one of the centres in the UK.

Hi, as you can see from my previous post I am about to submit my documents and my son’s which equate to about 500 pages, some of the pages are double sided (have information on both sides) do you know if this will be picked up from the scanner when the documents are scanned?
