Welcome Nick , I presume that you mean on a Visit visa, i can only say If your Gf has a good reason to return to the Philippines such as employment, owns property, has a Bank account, any other things maybe such as kids back home, and she has to be able to support herself whilst she is here, then she has every chance of gaining a visit visa however it does seem to very much be pot luck, of course if you were to be her sponsor having a job yourself is a big help..
