my daughter lives with my wife and visa been granted she holds a british passport my question is do i have pay for my daughter to leave philippines or pay any fees or just take her passport and birth certificate as she be classed a dual citizin ?
Your daughter will be treated as a British Citizen in the UK. I assume (but not 100% certain) that she would not require a CFO sticker to leave The Philippines. Your wife will need the CFO sticker so she may want to check with the CFO any requirement for her daughter. If no CFO sticker is required for your daughter, she should leave The Philippines on her British Passport.
thank Howerd i will be going to get them and bring back here just was not sure if had pay for daughter to leave but i guess she classed as dual citizen so be using her british passport to leave par

Unless the regulations have changed recently I believe it's still a requirement. There are many cases where departure has been denied due to not having ECC so please do contact to BI
