We met three other couples this weekend. It was our first social gathering with other filipinos since Mica moved over. Quite weird as Mica and the girls disappeared into a cloud of tagalog as four blokes who had never met were left standing in the kitchen trying to find something to chat about. It was a good night though in the end and new friends definitely made. We did get onto visas so might see some of them popping up here. I now what my ex wife felt like when I took her to Round Table events and just left her whilst I went into man banter at the bar.
