I have all my documents with me I'm here for two months I'm hoping it will be enough time to bring my wife back to the uk, Thanks to everyone how has helped me to get this fare great forum
You will need both prior to submission of application. Both need to be at UKBA approved centres English test you will need to submit pass certificate number on application form Tb screening certificate submit with supporting documents
ok thank you I'm staying in Quezon City Manila must be something around here thank you for you help, question what visa do I need a settlement visa or spouse visa I'm getting confused
Quezon city is part of metro Manila. Tb screening is done in Makati in Manila. There is only one centre for tb screening in the Philippines https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...pines/tuberculosis-testing-in-the-philippines English language tests have to be specific tests from the list of approved tests and from an approved test centre. https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...g-for-uk-visa-approved-english-language-tests https://www.britishcouncil.ph/exam/ielts/which-test/uk-visas-immigration
Believe you want to use link below to apply for visa https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse The visa you want will be appendix FM partner This is settlement visa for your wife as you are applying under appendix FM rules. Worth making yourself aware of evidence requirements under appendix FM https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigra...endix-fm-se-family-members-specified-evidence
Ok thank you for your great response on this matter Iv been trying to found the biometric centre were do we need to go to get this ? And this is be for we start the visa o my god thank you all again for all your help
follow these steps and you will get there, the biometrics is last 1 start application and gather all required documents 2 do English test and get TB screening done without these you cannot progress your application 3 complete application pay NHS surcharge and submit application 4.upload documents or take with you to biometric centre where they will scan them for you 5 complete biometrics
