Two peso markdown on GBP conversion on the ground, on average, in the Philippines, if spot rate is 67 you will get ~65 from a "good" money changer and a lot worse from a bad one. Some BPI ATM's but not all will give you 20,000 peso in one transaction for a 250 peso fee that's just about 1% versus nearly 3% (on a good day) at a money changer.
She needs to drill into one of those transactions then tap "Details" to see the breakdown of the fee's Wise and the Philippine banks are charging.
