Perhaps @oss could add a "Confused" rating moji (possibly someone scratching their head) for people like me :D

    Sorry for the delay!

I was asleep and then catching up with the Chelski game and lunch...

Anyway, to answer your question, I think it would make it easier for me to express how I felt after watching the video.

What did you find confusing about the video?
    It seemed unambiguous to me.

To my knowledge the software is not that flexible.

    ... :D

I think the guy was going on about Japanese children saying they loved brocoli and white rice as examples of "healthy foods"

Whereas brocoli is a well known "superfood" many people, myself included, consider white rice an “empty” or “bad” carb since it loses nutrients when the bran and germ are removed. If you're going to eat rice, brown rice is generally considered to be the "healthy option"... more info here

    Hence my confusion :like:

That's a pity, another for "Total Bollox" would, imho, be useful occasionally.

People use the disagree emoji for that.

Yes that is a good point, John, but I never saw any brown rice on my travels in Asia.
I think it's safe to assume that white rice is eaten everywhere in that part of the world and the childrens' choice of broccoli over the mostly terrible junk that is eaten in the UK is, IMHO, the crux of his observation.

Historically white rice was more popular due to its longer storage life than brown rice, typically by a few years, people would store white rice in case of a bad harvest in the following couple of years. Hence the reliance on white rice
