2016 ish to start of 2019. Bought a load of pre sale places in Manila for 2m and sold at 4.8m to 6.1m but have to take all the fees off that. I looked at buying some with a real estate agent in 2018 and can attest the ones I looked at are now 30% to 50% higher. Though I think I missed the rush now in Manila so am looking around.
