Yup, I know the girl said the photo was both a blessing and a curse on her, the afghan/Pakistan climate and lifestyle have taken their toll :ninja:

Mike, when I saw the thread title, I thought it was a Kid Creole & The Coconuts appreciation thread - the album In Praise of Older Woman and Other Crimes  Endicott indeed. :D

In 2017 I was walking in the UK Midlands with my daughter when a Pakistani woman and a little girl walked by. I hastily took a photo, just moving her in front of the nearest bush.
The girl's face made me think of a younger Sharbat Gula. Am I correct?
Sorry if I have posted this previously. (This is a screen grab of a Canon photo SOOC (Straight out of camera)) and not done in any photo manipulation software:

I have nothing against younger women or girls, Rob.
Purely for photographic reasons of course o_O

I have seen blue eyed, and green eyed, fair gingerish haired Pakistanis,Alexander the Great and his hordes left their mark, the kalash people are supposed to have aryan genetics, not all Pakistanis are dark haired and dark skinned.
