Hi all. Just wondering if anyone have any idea if Universal credit counted as an income? Or could it be considered as exemptional for FR? what if FR were not met? Is there such 3rd party sponsor allowed in ILR? Like someone will be paying for your visa ( husband's sister )? I came across on a website saying exceptional circumstances? That 3rd party's income can be combine to the applicants income. How true is this? Any ideas is highly appreciated. Thanks x
