Hi All please be aware of Belwood consolidation and shipping in the UK. * boxes sent from June 2018 last boxes were sent end of August 2018. So far four boxes have arrived but Belwood will not respond to my request for location and delivery date of the remaining four boxes. He ignores my requests for this information. I have now oppened a casebagainst him with BOC Manila and trading standards UK. I am also starting county court action against him for compensation for the missing boxes an the costs of bringing legal action. SIX months and boxes NOT delivered.
Sorry to hear about that. Maybe always best to go with well known and trusted shippers. For example, LBC have never let me down.
Belwood have been in business for literally decades. I sent 6 boxes to the Phils with them back at the beginning of 2000... all delivered at the expected time, and undamaged. It used to be a Brit and his Filipina Mrs. I met them, because I took them an extra box when on my way to the airport. New management ? Then again... I put a 'warning' on here after my dealings with Pooten Cargo last year. Boxes late and all wet and damaged.
