Hope you can help me about my VISA or LTR spouse.still using my fiance visa ended after six months and my fiance we have an appointment already at the registry office for our civil wedding next month, and we planning to get a agency here to process my LTR spousal because i have no idea of this and i have no family here and my fiance living alone, do you have suggestion about the agency here or what do i need if i process with my own? And after marriage do i need to change my lastname into my passport or not.? Thank you guys
Im here in u.k and we will have an interview on the 22nd of january and im on my marriage visit visa and we will do it by ourselves they will be interviewing us about how really we know each other to prevent fake relationship.and i dont have to change my surname right away.i have no family here aswell just my 9 years old son.
I think they sent you an email what papers you need to bring with you when you going to the interview mine they said that my fiance will just write that i am curently living with him.plus his passport my passport,proof of cenomar,and his too and tax rent contract and his drivers liscense and just to proof that he is legit british citizen.
Yes it is 30 days of notice .but after you married you dont have to change your surname right away.where you from april?
March 12 kasal nmin. December 28 ako dumating dto sa uk. Ang fiance visa ko kumuha kmi agency here from uk which is expensive. And now my ILR SPOUSAL, gusto ko sana ako nlg process kng kaya ko kaso lg wla ako idea.
