Mrs Ash and I are on 1000 iu a day. But we eat lots of eggs, mushrooms, fish, meat etc. We also eat celeriac which is low in carbs but high in vitamin K.

But this was an interesting interview with David Davis MP.

At 50 minutes or thereabouts David Davis talks about a public health revolution. It’s already started.

Should be a darn site easier to get hold of now that Brexit is underway.

I was watching something on crab fisherman the other day. They had been exporting crab to China, quite lucratively. But it all came to a grinding halt as the Chinese stopped it.

Same with elvers, had to stop exporting them, the Chinese were even smuggling them out of the country.

Its on its way... Matt Hancock explains how, in his recorded video today.

“Ministers believe the changes will put the NHS in a better position to cope with an ageing population and a rise in people with complex health conditions.

One-in-three patients admitted to hospital as an emergency has five or more health conditions, such as diabetes, obesity or asthma, up from one-in-10 a decade ago.

Those working in the health service said many of the rules in place were time-consuming, frustrating and stressful.”

Stone the crows. It’s happening everywhere and not just in Sefton, Liverpool. This GP in Hull tweets:

Using a low carbohydrate healthy fat solution.
