I think the happy news held my attention for even less time than the free magazine pushed through my letterbox this morning which I examined as I carried it to the bin - if I'm honest. Frankly not a royalist and whenever my attention is drawn to one of these people living a life of totally unearned privilege in an insulated bubble - I feel they are a bit of an anachronism. Prince Andrew with his slow-blinking, pompous and entitled interview about the goings-on with Epstein didn't help my view in that regard.
