Now that my fiancee is in the UK, how do I get her proof of address? Can I have her added to (e.g.) my energy supply so that she has a utility bill in both our names to prove her address? Can I get her added to the council tax bills as a resident of our house? Note: I would continue paying both bills. I'm hoping that eventually we will have shared bank accounts etc. At present she's walking around with cash.
The UKBA will be aware your fiancée is new to the country and won't generally be looking for proof of address from her, if you can get some, great but I wouldn't bust a gut over it! The guidelines are very generic and only apply where your able to reasonably supply timely information.
