FLR M extension

Just a quick question.
I am on the process of filling up my online application on FLR M EXT....does this fall under a FAMILY ROUTE?

Just wanted to get confirmation if the FLR(M) visa application is under Family route now?
I am soing my online applicatoon and at the end of 2/7 ..i saw the wording " Family Route "under my Name as an applicant.
Anybody here encountered that?
I am confused and bothered because i might be filling in the wrong form.

Concerns on Disability Living Allowance
#1.When i put in the reference no.it won't go through as it is asking 12 characters and my husband ref.no is only 9 characters which is his NINo.
#2.He has not applied for PIP as his DLA claim is for.life.
#3 Is the PIP has 12 characters ?And that maybe it is what is was asking?
#4 What happens if i will just skip it as we will not be using the DLA but instead just his private pension?
#5 Does my husband "need to register with PIP "?

#6Can i state on this application my own income as well ?
Please help me be clarified on these?

are you filling the online form ?

if you omit the dla numbers--can you still continue with the form ?

i would have thought you can combine your income with his pension--if the combined meets the requirement.

I did omit the reference no.as there was (optional).
I don't have any plan of using DLA but the program is automatic.It says you are not required to meet the financial requirement but the odd thing is they are asking more documents.12 month bank statement and DLA documents.
Just to make sure we have these requirements i ordered 1 year copies of bank statement and paid for it.Then called up DWP for the benefit confirmation statement.
I wished we get an option to not click on DLA ...BUT NO.
The home office might think we are putting in erroneous infos ...So i have no choice but just go on with it.
I will yet to see further how i could put in our regular income.

the form is online now.

Pretty sure the online application is the same for 1st (after Fiance(e)) & 2nd FLRM - hence many are confused by the mention of documents over a 2 year period, which is not possible when moving from Fiance(e) to 1st FLRM Visa!

The keyword removing confusion about the 2 year period is "upto"

Thx. As thought they have diff form for flr m 2nd extension. So, if it is the same form, the requirements will be the same too i guess.
