Fire ravages historic Manila post office building

    Working in Manila now for a week. We stopped and witnessed the black smoke still exiting that beautiful heritage structure about 3 hours ago. Horrible to witness such damage to a historical building such as that.

    It looks similar, maybe the statue (Rizal?) was relocated.

    Looks like it, I took this one in 2005.

    The Andres Bonifacio statue is behind me in this photo.

    It's one of the very few pieces of classical historic architecture they have, that's why this is so sad.
