27 Mar 2022 - Daylight Saving Time Starts Sunday, 27 March 2022, 01:00:00 clocks are turned forward 1 hour to Sunday, 27 March 2022, 02:00:00 local daylight time instead.
Love light nights, it gets dark just before 8pm here, summer is on the horizon (except snow is forecast tomorrow and Monday).
Move to the Philippines and you will get plenty of darkness. Personally long bright summer evenings are something I look forward to.
To check on a PC: Click Start, point to Control Panel, and then click Date and Time. On the Time Zone tab, use one of the following procedures: To set the computer to change the system clock for daylight saving time, click to select the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes check box, and then click OK. To check on a Phone: On my android phone it is "settings" then additional settings, date & time, use network-provded time. Set Automatically toggle should be switched on (so, you should see a green color). If your phone isn't linking up with the right time zone, you can adjust that, too.
I leave my living room clock on BST all year and do the, mental correction during the other half, so it will be showing the correct time tomorrow
When my father was alive, he went to church on the Sunday morning and couldn't understand why no-one else was there for mass
Correct, the Scottish immigrants here said it reminded them of Scotland, I think its far better, huge and desolate some stunning scenery
Wish I was in a desolate place right now, noisy neighbours playing music and chopping wood, roosters, dogs barking and the wife playing vlogs on her phone. Arghhhhh.
I sympathise with you, Jim. It would be nice to have a man cave to go to sometimes, sound-proofed for the Philippines. My wife sometimes plays the same song on her phone over and over - it is mental torture - Arghhhhh too. Even my wife says it is too noisy in the Philippines. The hubel-hubel and the roosters really got to her the last time she went there.
