Wouldn't of thought any meat food would be a good idea for vegetarians and the like

Had Final Call at gate A9 for a plane that hadn't even arrived yet, nigh on killed myself trying to get to the gate early, when if ever, will KLM not get almost the final bloody gate on the pier.

I'm knackered and as usual only one travelator actually working but I seem to be getting the hang of that kind of distance walking, it's ridiculously far.

    Not allowed, batteries not acceptable.

Plus this is an Embraer 190 and the overheads are really limited in size.

Impressed though they turned this flight round in 30 minutes from when it arrived.

Pushed back and waiting to taxi.

    AI info:
    • White rice and diabetes:
White rice has a high GI, meaning it's digested quickly and can cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels. Studies have linked higher white rice consumption to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, particularly in Asian populations.
    • Brown rice and diabetes:
Brown rice is a whole grain, containing more fiber and nutrients than white rice. It has a lower GI, which helps to regulate blood sugar levels and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
    • Moderation is key:
While brown rice is a healthier choice, portion control is still crucial for individuals with diabetes. Even with brown rice, large servings can lead to blood sugar fluctuations.

Whew, landed that was a short flight.

Talking about food Couscous hummus and falafel, interesting if not exactly exciting, plus a small bottle of Cava half of which ended up on the floor when the pilot decided to start his descent after only about 20 minutes into the flight.

Peace and quiet at last, my favourite quiet place in the KLM Crowne Lounge 52 the Blue Bar upstairs.

When I'm eating rice these days I try to keep it to about 60 grams of cooked rice anthing else will blow you out of ketosis, I'm not diabetic but what I've had today so far since I got on the plane will have blown me out of ketosis.
