Yeah, at concentrations that humans can bear, they will not kill viruses or anything else to be honest, bad idea.

I wish I could remember why it was being used.

It was fashionable at one time, and sometimes science would say to do something that is not that clever, but also they would sometimes do things out of dogma without any care in that day for any immediate side effects.

Was it to remove smell? I do remember it being used by mortician.

I can’t remember. I have a feeling it might have been to counter the chances of legionnaires disease. All that happened was an announcement was made before it was done and then it was done. You couldn’t tell if it had or hadn’t been done. It was added to the air conditioning system.

If the severity of the ECQ quarantine was real and if as it appeared it (the quarantine) more or less worked, then the problem is that without ECQ the virus will rage through the population during an absolutely horrible rainy season up till December and maybe January and perhaps beyond, the WHO are outright saying it is not seasonal.

My son just informed me that school opening is being pushed back to the 5th of October another 6 weeks, initially it was announced that it would be public schools only, but private schools are now included as well it appears.

They were supposed to be having a soft opening starting on Monday.

Might end up that way in the U.K. Half the teachers are away on holiday in France!

Crazy, My town are having a week long fiesta starting tomorrow. A full lockdown, Alcohol ban and no one are allowed out. So what do my neighbors do! they have a weekend party started yesterday with their karaoke speakers almost in my living room, well about 20 foot. There's about 30 people all eating and some singing and most getting drunk.

Yet I have to wear a mask even in the car and now we have to wear face shields if going into public places's.
