Because firewood is so expensive for the cremation ghats the poor are also now using the cow dung they sometimes cook on to burn the bodies of Covid victims.

There were safety concerns with this one as it has the potential to cause DNA mutations, just read this Bloomberg article on it Merck (MRK) Molnupiravir Pill Could Change the Fight Against Covid - Bloomberg however it certainly does look promising to some extent.
Some additional info on this one the phase 3 trial for this drug came to this conclusion based on a study that had only a 25 person difference between the placebo group of 53 people and the group of 28 people who got the drug, total study size is also small just a few hundred people.
