Having just watched the second half of ES Tunis vs Chelsea I wondering whether the CWC really qualifies as "sport"...

Chelsea won 3-0 and you can only beat what's put in front of you and all that but really we need another heading...

Perhaps it should be known as the "Club ******s Cup"

The way the footballers come out with all the lights on.

"Razzmatazz" refers to a state of lively, exciting, and sometimes excessive activity or display, often intended to attract attention or create a sense of spectacle.

Cheerleaders at American football games are OK, though.
They are well worth looking at when you are in an American NFL stadium and not able to follow where the ball has gone because you've not grown up knowing what "plays" are.

Private beach & 'homely' hotel - inside Man City's Club World Cup camp

Funny thing was - I'd just read the above article and the BBC waxing lyrical about...

City's serene progression sees them installed as second-favourites to lift the trophy in New York by statisticians Opta, behind the brilliant PSG.

And then I noticed it was 2-2 with Al-hilal and switched on the TV - Glad I did - Good game for the neutral (which I'm not as they are in Chelsea's half of the draw) :D

And the final is between Chelsea vs PSG - July 13 8:00pm GMT

    Philippines July 14 @ 3:00 am

Interesting game - see if Chelsea can avoid making costly silly mistakes, like Real Madrid did, and at least make a match out of it.

But for personal tragedy, Luis Enrique probably would have been United's saviour and not PSG's :welcome:

I think its 66 to United and 37 to Chelsea
Last time Chelsea won a domestic trophy 2017/18 season
    compared to
    Manchester United in 2023/24

So unless you include " this CWC thing" your words, or the Europa Conference thing United shade the last trophy (domestic) winby 6 years
