Duh I was responded to this bit you wrote

whereas--if the sponsor submits the documents it incurs a £75 fee--and means a trip to one of the addresses above, none of which would have been any use to me--and would incur a lot of travel expenses and neat aggravation. so the postal submission of supporting docs has been thrown out the window ?
As always trying to help that bits true!

Does it mean when you choose to scan.at VFS(Manila) all your supporting documents you dont need to scan yourself?
Since its an option to choose at the center?

    Hi,
If you submit all your supporting documents at VFS Manila they will scan it for you. I suggest you submit it there. Its free and less hassle.

You don't even need to send all your documents to the Philippines. Just scan it, send it through email and she will just print all the documents and good to go. They don't ask for the original copies.

3.paid IHS (dont be surprise of cost mine was £1300, is it depend on your age?) In dollar
    4.paid visa fee-in dollar
    5.booked appointment
6.then vfs registration. (If you want to avail their services)
