Over the past few days i have noticed the task bar at the top of the page appears to have moved up slightly on the site, that means that i cant log out should i wish to do so, also the site usually logs me out after being inactive for a certain time, now whenever i come on the site im already logged on, has anything changed ?.
ive got a nice shiny new laptop..and every day i have to sign in to all my regular sites--which hacks me off. my last shiny new laptop--bought off amazon in january, died last month. i sent it back for an agreed full refund. i sent it parcelforce 24 hour delivery fully tracked.....never to be heard of since.
There's no change in the software, so it is possible that there is a change in the Browser you are using and the way it interprets and renders the site. Are you using it from a phone or a desktop PC? And what type of phone, Android or iPhone and what Browser?
Im using my laptop the same as always, I use Google Chrome, and i havent changed my settings on here or anywhere for that matter, the staying logged in isnt an issue because i never logged out before , the site used to log me out automatically after a period of time, not seeing the Top blue line could be, is there anything important on there ? from memory there isnt..
when i shut down--i leave all my regular tabs signed in--it usually opens as it was left--but sometimes signes me out of everything in mid session.
Your blue bar will be different from my blue bar but this is what I see, I've never had a logout option and indeed I never logout. I'm not sure if the software imposes any timeouts on people, I would not have expected it to. This is Edge. Mine looks the same in Chrome
Try the snip tool, it lets you select an area of the screen to grab, a whole screen is too large a file.
