    Dear All,

After ten long years in prison, our life had never been easy....but then i always believed that for every story it always have a happy ending.
Finally, i have seen freedom and kevin is only few more weeks before deported back to uk.
I would like to use this thread to send and express my deepest gratitude to those who never left us for the last ten years...i had been a difficult journey, but then without you guys.....we will never get this far! Truelly i can say real friends are found in rarest places...this forum had not only helped us, moreso had given us friendship, a hand and hope during our plight for freedom. Though the scars of nightmare kevin and i had been here in our hearts...we are still blessed having people like you, not only got interested, curious, troubled but touched many lives. You became our light to see the end of this tunnel.
During times of despair, and when we almost lose our hope, there were you...this forum, supported us unconditionally.
The donations, the visits and your help with dad had made us more stronger to fight this battle.
Sad that some had passed away...thank you kuya. May our thanks be heard in heaven. I am so moved with all the efforts you had extented!
Our story may have serve as a guide to those who would be travelling in the same path, but may i always pray that noone would be on the same situation we had been...that nobody would be unfairly given justice.
I have learnd to forgive....i left my grudges inside the prison, and had renew a forgiving heart as i left correctional.
Our life has been different....but then i have learned to give thanks for each new day.
May you all be blessed with abundance, and again thank you.

Typical comments from a bunch of ignorant fools who can probably neither spell nor add up, let alone fathom out where the Philippines might be.

Yes you're absolutely correct..now that he is free and just only few weeks away on going home...our next battle is for us to be united again especially with our children, still trying my hardest to locate our youngest

When kevin and i first to prison, my family had it adopted by my other distant relatives..but now that i am free couldn't locate her whereabouts as my father kept details secret....all was told she is ok, but name got changed and her surname
I am totally in loss with these circumstances.. Kept promising me to see her but its almost a month i had been released still no caitlin..
And the British government would not even help to find my daughter...sometimes i want to give up, but i must keep myself compose to finish the battle on sending kevin home...and having all my children united with us.
Life sometimes cruel...i just hope one day things will be back to normal again

Yes I remember your blog Charlene and your web blog at the time, I and others here read all that you wrote at the time even though this forum did not exist back then, we only came together in this forum a couple of years later.

For what it is worth I think you have both been treated in a terribly unfair and unkind fashion by the authorities for the last ten years

Yes, it was in deed a terrible experience, but more hurtful was being forcely taken away from your family...the children had suffered more than what we had.
They were deprived of being with us, deprived of knowing and growing up with us...
I am not sure if i need to shed more tears...but the time thay was taken away was too much, and by just having a dream of having kevin, i and the children reunited in one roof is too much to achieved. Many obstacles to faced after kevin is back to uk... One big question is that would uk let us be with him? Or it was the end of all these battle.
Was it wrong building a family...choosing a man who isnt same race as i am? Is it too much for the children to be allowed by their fathers government to be with him? So many questions...all i just asked for is that a one roof for my family...to be reunited and continue a simple but happy life together.
It is a dream i just really wish i can have, to be able to be with kevin and the children....
