It is possible to get Vegan equivalents of many foods that clog up the ateries!

Wonderful food but there's no way the unbelievers will want to go Vegan looking at that.

What is "tempeh" and "tamari", Keith?
Anything that will keep our arteries unblocked must be good.

Sweet potatato light fry in veg oil or sunflower oil and a bit of Tamari sprinkled over.
Hot thicker slices and eat hot.
Cold very thin slices and fry to a crisp.
    No animal fats allowed

    Yum

Popped over to the Mama Z pop up shop during the Pride Parade this afternoon in Manchester. Bloody hell, those crowds made a 5 minute walk into 30 minute stress filled stampede.

The choice is very limited and quite pricey. £7 for sisig or adobo. I suppose it's a nice gimmick for the local students or pretentious 'foodies' but standard is nothing compared to Miss R's homemade stuff (and she is an enthusiastic, but by no means an expert chef).

We popped in this weekend. Lovely person and a great nano-brewery / bar there also. Everything is made from shipping containers. Found her on twitter also and very helpful, warned me Saturday was a veggie / vegan special day ( not every Saturday ). We had chicken adobo and bicol express... and beer
