Applying for a fiance visa (same sex couple)

    Hi @Drunken Max thank you for your response. Yes we all have the supporting documents that would justify that he lives there and he pays the rent through cash he always have been. That property served as our accommodation for 6 months while I was in Scotland and when I applied for a tourist visa He have not had a Council Inspection done so I am just wondering if it would affect the Fiancee Visa Application greatly if we by pass it. Thanks

    The council inspection certificate should not be a problem to be honest. Some people say its not necessary. What might be a problem is the cash rent. It sounds like his landlord is not declaring income and avoiding tax. Not your partner's problem but he made need advice on the best way to prove he has a home. Maybe a letter from the landlord.

    So,all requirements are submitted to Sheffields, what about my passport? Do they get it during biometrics?
