Nope, don't expect him to give up his job, his convictions aren't 100%,i wouldn't be talking the talk if I personally couldn't walk the walk however, just different types of people.

What they don't realise Rob, is that without trucks and vans, the shops/stores would be empty - a bit like their heads

From my point of view, it is heartening to see that there are Vegan options on menus everywhere these days.
How quickly things change in countries where people have many options.
My kids regularly extol the benefits, and more importantly taste, of Vegan sausages.

Don`t eat too much fruit.. The sugars they contain will give you heart disease.
Just stick a bit more lettuce in your Big Mac!

Explain please, in detail with proper reference to published research on this topic.

In particular explain how fruits cause heart disease.

Being Omnivores humans need a balanced diet of meat and vegetables, to much in one direction or the other can cause problems more so if you just eat/or mainly eat meat in your diet.

I don't eat sausage rolls, haven't eaten any pork in 25'ish years, no bacon, no ribs, no sausage, that was my reason for deciding to have a nibble on the vegan roll as they had just came from the oven and visually they looked inviting, sadly the taste didn't live up to the hype.

Not all fruits are created equal. Some of them raise blood sugar and are also high in Carbs.
Too many people juicing too much fruit IMO.

Don`t be lazy..Do your own research and make your own choices.

Ive been attending a diabetes prevention course..where I learned the high sugar risks of fruit. In fact it seems all food carries a degree of risk.
Best just to drink more i think.

Lettuce can give me severe cholic.

I used to listen a talk host on London radio for years..Jon Gaunt.
Fat bastard all his life.. He was a type 2 diabetic for 15 years.. He started a zero carb plus zero sugar lifestyle about 2/3 years ago.. I suppose it`s a bit similar to a Keto or Atkins diet.. His website is called "Simple As Fat"..
He now looks healthier than Ive ever seen him before.. Something has worked for him and many others that follow him.
Good luck to em is what I say!
