I'm on 3 mobile broadband, and just lately, I'm getting slow loading websites. I called 3 tech support to complain. I explained the latency is unacceptably high, and the tech guy said what do you mean by latency? LOL If I ping google via cmd line, I get 1800 ms, same for Bing, but only 1ms for the router, which shows a router issue. I've also done online latency tests, and they are all over the place, ranging from 500ms to 3000ms. When the router was new (its a HowAreWe), it was fine, but an update has screwed it up. Apparently, HowAreWe are rolling out an update within days. Its amazing the rubbish tech support come up with - when I told him about the slow loading websites issues, he blamed the large screen devices - but when I pointed out to him its affecting all wireless devices he realised he couldn't fob me off with nonsense. I'm lucky because I can get over 100Mbps down, as I live within the shadow of the 4g mast. Really, a tech support who doesn't know the meaning of latency?!
Anywhere south of brecon national park should be able to get it once the infrastructure is rolled out
