is this still a thing there?? i've never been to Baguio but that's not a story I've heard about the city
That all sounds really interesting actually! I do love to explore new places. I love visiting Intramuros in Manila because of its history. Its so full of life and has so much charm about it as well. Thank you! Fingers and toes are all crossed. We're submitting in the next few days
2021 showed a fiancé visa success rate of 82% you will be fine, attention to detail in your document submission is good to improve your success.
No,not openly on show nowadays,it was far from uncommon when I was there, you can however still get dog meat in the PI if you want it,despite what people tell you.
that's a shame! maybe she'll pop up again soon it's always nice to see a range of folk on a forum like this! fingers and toes are crossed!! i've highlighted everything that's important especially the financial requirements and everything is up to date and signed by the relevant people with relevant contact details etc, so hopefully it'll be straight forward and that we get to be together soon! it's an expensive process to get a refusal and that alone comes with its own stresses but once we're together it's all worth it in the end~
oo okay... I honestly didn't know that was a thing in the PH! I know people speak about it for China but it didn't really occur to me that it could happen elsewhere - naivety! I would be very sad if I ended up seeing it for myself but I don't think it would stop me from visiting these places.. perhaps it would stop me from going back if I saw it but wouldn't stop an initial visit, if that makes any sense
Just wanted to say that my SO received his CENOMAR today and that's the last of our documents collected! we're meeting one another in Hong Kong on Saturday for a week long trip so we'll be submitting when we're together in person! hopefully he doesn't have to wait too long for his biometrics and then comes along the waiting game ~~~ just wanted to say thank you to those on this forum that have helped on my journey so far and I hope to respond back here with good news c:
Enjoy Hong Kong,I lived there for a few years, fantastic city, have a great trip, enjoy the time with your man
Good luck with the application and don’t forget to if you have time include a couple of photos from your trip (selfies together) even put in hotel booking copy will support the true relationship bit.
Hi nice to meet you, another fellow Scot here. From outside Glasgow but currently wife and I live in UAE
That's a wholesome story to how you've both met My wife is from Cebu, we've been to a number of resorts on Mactan island but never Shangri La! One day..
Aw thank you! He's truly my best friend, haha. How did you meet your wife?:3 Sadly I've yet to visit Cebu~ but hopefully the honeymoon shall make that happen. It's for sure a place that requires a lot of saving, haha. We were lucky and stayed in the Shangrila BGC in Manila back in January for a couple of days staycation for my birthday. It was quite the treat
Lovely thank you! Incredibly hot though. Our days started at 7.30am everyday so we could get the majority of the things we wanted to do out of the way before the true heat hit. The humidity hit different over there that's for sure. We also submitted our application on May 25th and he had his bio June 5th! So now we're just in the (im)patient waiting game ! I just hope all goes well and we get to hear soon enough
Hi! We got our fiancé visa granted back in July and he’s been here with me in the UK since august 30! We get married in just over 3 weeks time Have you started your journey yet? Greeting from Scotland !
