I want to order some goods from a website like Shopee. I probably wouldn't be in the Philippines by the time they arrive and I don't think the condo building provides a service of holding the goods until I arrive but will ask though. Therefore, are there companies that provide a service where you can have goods sent to their address and they will hold it for until you pick them up? My condo is in Cebu City near IT Park. I'm trying to get an address to use from my wife's family but I really don't know how reliable this will be. What do folks normally do or you recommend? In the UK, depending on the company, they try to deliver it to a neighbour, leave it in a safe space or take it back to their depot for the buyer to collect. The latter would suit me. Do they normally let you know beforehand when the delivery is expected too such as a text? Thanks very much.
Shopee will have a depot in cebu I don't know where but if it's near to your place you can order it it be left there. BTW, I have been red flaged by shopee because the couria could not find my address so I use Lazada now.
Oh wow! Hope that doesn't happen to me! Thanks for the tip about the depot. I'm assuming it might give me that option at the checkout.
