Good morning all, hope you're all doing well. Can someone please clarify how we can book an appointment with the CFO in the philippines please? Manila branch. It doesn't seem to be as straight forward as it should be. It's very confusing. Which obviously we don't have yet, nor do we need, so dunno what that's about. Possibly looking to deal with visa holders as a priority at the moment due to Covid restrictions That said there is a banner now saying they are open so try this link again if no joy you may have to wait till you have the visa to progress the booking. Yeah that could certainly make sense. Wish it would be made clear though if so. True, we did plan on getting her a new passport with her married name and I read that the CFO guidance n counselling certificate was required for that. Suppose that's off the table if it is only for visa holders. I'll post an update if the contacts above confirm that to be so. Thank you kindly.
Update: All sorted now folks, thanks for all your input. It let me create an account on the first site without uploading a visa using my computer, so dunno if it was my phones browser or the website is just buggy. But either way, it's all good now. The process seems to be all online now, no going to the branch, so happy days.
