    Hi all,hope you are well.
Can any one recommend the best postal delivery to Philly as I have sent letters by regular post and they have not turned up.I was thinking Fedex,it's documents so don't mind paying extra .
    Thanks

Used FedEx for documents back in the days when visas had to be submitted in paper format. Still took couple of days but full traceability. Seem to remember that they use local delivery firm (2Go ?) in philippines for final delivery.

Sent card by post normally and never arrived.

Sure I also sent signed for card by royal mail and seem to remember that did arrive.

Normal post with this covid thing will take 6 to 12 months, not kidding still waiting for my debit card sent in April. Use a courier service.

2go is useless. It relies on local delivery persons.....

I know some people don't like 2go which is why I mentioned that I'm sure they are partnered with FedEx. I think vfs global use them as well.

That said with passport return and the final delivery of FedEx parcel got there on time and I have no complaints about them.

Think definitely have to use some form of signed delivery
