Climate crisis seen as 'most important issue' by public, poll shows
Eight-country poll shows people view climate crisis as priority over migration and terrorism

The overwhelming majority in each country – 74% in Britain – said they were already seeing the influence of the climate crisis in extreme weather events, such as heatwaves and floods, and around two-thirds describe it as a direct threat to ordinary people in their country.

That’s a good thing, now is the time to start taking action before it’s too late.

It's too late to stop climate change or reverse it but can stop it getting worse.

Simple answer to that: move all datacentre's to Iceland or anywhere cold. Harness the cold weather to keep those servers cool and reduce demand for electricity.

Cooling is only required because of the huge energy consumption of these systems, getting the cooling for free helps remove the extra costs that exist because of the density of computing power in these data centres but it does nothing for the resource consumption that they represent by their very existence.
