    Don't wait for your refund. Carry on with it and get the refund later.

    when you book a premium same day appointment...the online booking service takes you to the IHS website first to pay the fee..then you get email telling you the reference number..then it calculates the required visa fee and premium fee. Whch you then pay. And book your date.

    You have to apply for your FLR before the expiry date on your initial Fiancee visa.

    Then you will be putting your status at risk. Have you checked for dates in July? Are any available in July? If so I suggest you book it.

    If you download the latest FLR(M) form it will give you all the information you require, once you have applied by post the UKVI will send you a letter containing a barcode which you take to your nearest Post Office that offers the BRP service.

    The latest FLR(M) form is below;

    As long as you apply before your initial 6 months visa expires then there will not be a problem.

    We submitted Corina's and Kieran's FLR(M) applications by post on a Saturday and their visas expired on the Monday, 48 hours later. We got the FLR (M)s six weeks later.

    Hi @Methersgate so meaning to say, it is ok to get the late decision? Even though my visa will expire in july? I will apply for the extension of stay on the 24th of june once we get my hubby's salary. Im worried that later the premium appointment will fully booked so i have ni choice but to apply it by post..
