Chocolates

    My gf. suggested I bring some chocolates for her nieces and nephews ,about 3.5 Kgs., would there be any problem ?

    No problem at all Peat. Just make sure border staff don't get their hands on it first :D

    There may be a slight problem - chocolate for tropical countries is formulated differently, with a higher melting point. Since you will be making a major investment in chocolate, ask when you buy it about which types are best.

    We took 5Kg of Cadbury at first but Tesco milk chocolate is very good also so I changed to that on the last few occasions.
    It always melts into the silver wrapper before it gets to my wife's island but it gives everyone lots of fun licking it off the silver paper and I doubt any of it gets thrown away.

    I have never seen 5Kg of chocolate disappear so fast :lol:
    If we are over there and revisit my wife's island we buy lots of "Cloud 9" over there and that disappears just as fast too......

    I heard somewhere the Roman's test for diabetes was to pee a reasonable distance from an ant hill to see their response!
